Benchmark Connect is a modular system that can be quickly lifted into position and bolted internally eliminating the need for envelope scaffolding, reducing time on site and resulting in a weather-tight building. The façade is removed from the critical path and internal fit-out can commence sooner, further reducing programme time and on site labour costs.

Backed by the Total Benchmark Guarantee, the factory pre-engineered multi spanning modules have excellent thermal, structural and fire performance, providing the ideal platform for the extensive Benchmark façade range.  The module provides a ventilated cavity ready for the façade, as well as a cavity for services and mounting structure for internal plasterboard. Once installed it is immediately ready for fit-out.

Suitable for all types of buildings, new build or retrofit, of any height, Benchmark Connect can achieve an air permeability below 3m3/hr/m2 at 50Pa, with U-values as low as 0.095 W/m²K.

The multi spanning modules can be manufactured up to 7 metres high x 3.5 metres wide, and can span between floor levels with intelligent design creating a monolithic wall utilising diaphragm action.  This floor spanning capability makes Benchmark Connect the perfect solution for all projects, from high storey apartment blocks and offices, to controlled environments such as hospitals and leisure facilities.

Alternatively, for a new twist on insulated panels, Evolution* is a premium system that can be used to create a stylishly sleek, laser flat look to the building profile. The system is easily integrated with other interfaces allowing variations in colour, texture and profile to be easily achieved. The very latest finishes such as dual tone and diamond sparkle bring that touch of daring to the creative possibilities.

Curves and corners present no problem, and Evolution panels are available with a range of different tophat options as part of the system.  Variations in the panel appearance can be created, with the option of crimping grooves into the panel face to create the illusion of using smaller width panels, without losing the fast track benefits of installing large ones. A grid effect can also be achieved by inserting a black gasket into the vertical joint.

Available in cover widths from 600 up to 1000mm in 1mm increments, Evolution panels offer lifetime insulation continuity, thermal performance and airtightness certainty of less than 5m3/hr/m2.  The panels are suitable for vertical or horizontal applications, and easily accommodate openings, penetrations and complex façades doors, as well as integrating with windows, glazing, louvers and traditional construction materials.  An architecturally enhancing ancillary package completes the picture.
