Gutters
Benchmark manufactures insulated / uninsulated gutters in our
full range of finishes, including membrane and coated steel.
Benchmark's membrane lined insulated gutters are
available in lengths of up to 6 metres and are available for
valley or boundary wall applications.
A range of gutter components are availbale made to roder,
including internal and external corners, top ends, T-sections,
sumps, overflows and downpipes and brackets.

Membrane Lined Insulated Gutters
Substrate
Hot-dipped zinc/aluminium coated metal to BD EN 10326: 2004
(Continuously hot-dip coated strip and sheet of structural steels.
Technical delivery conditions).
Coatings - External Weather Sheet
• 500 microns PVC, colour light grey.
Coatings - Internal Liner Sheet
• XL Forté: Nominal 200 micron thick high performance organic
coating applied.
Welding Strip
• 1.5mm thick, 200mm wide PVC, colour grey, site welded 40mm to
weather sheet of each gutter piece.
